TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purchase of any travel services offered or provided by Chef AlexG, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, its officers, representatives, agents or affiliates (collectively, the “Company”, “We” or ”our”), or the participation in any tour or event of the Company constitutes a contractual agreement between you (the “Traveler”, “You” or “your”) and the Company, and represents your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“this Agreement” or the “Terms & Conditions”). Please ensure that You carefully read this Agreement prior to booking and/or participation.

The lead traveler assumes full responsibility for sharing this Agreement with each traveler on whose behalf they are booking. If a travel advisor makes the booking, the travel advisor is responsible for providing all travelers with a copy of this Agreement. The Company is not responsible for any traveler’s ignorance of any terms, conditions, or any other provisions in this Agreement due to the failure of the lead traveler or travel advisor to share this information with all other travelers.

TOUR PRICE
Prices are in USD. Prices are per person based on double occupancy. A single room supplement is added when applicable. The Company reserves the right to re-calculate prices due to fluctuations in the market and/or exchange rates.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT
An initial deposit is required to reserve a space in any tour or event. A reservation is not confirmed until receipt of the deposit by the Company, and/or any waivers required by the Company.
The amount of the initial deposit is $750.00 per person.
The amount of the second deposit of $750.00 is due 150 days prior to the first day of the tour.
The balance is due 90 days prior to the first day of the tour.
Private groups may be required to pay a higher deposit amount. 2
BALANCE
The final payment is due 90 days or less prior to the start date of the tour and is non-refundable. The tour is non-refundable.

REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS
A deposit refund is possible for the first 30 days from the date of the deposit only if You have booked more than 150 days before the start date of the tour. If You book within 150 days of the start date of the tour, any and all deposits are immediately non-refundable.
There will be no refunds or adjustments for any unused portion of the tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any tour offered by the Company. We strongly advise You to protect your investment and protect yourself from the unexpected by purchasing travel insurance to include medical coverage for illness or personal injury, trip cancellation, interruption, and delay. If You choose to purchase travel insurance coverage, it is your responsibility to contract and pay for such insurance and ensure that You have sufficient coverage and comply with the terms of the applicable insurance plans. Any educational materials or listing of travel insurance companies provided to You by the Company are for informational purposes only and shall not create any liability or obligation for the Company.

TRANSFERS
Where transfers are included, there is a scheduled group transfer with arrival and departure at a designated time and place. It is the responsibility of the Traveler to be at the transfer point no later than the scheduled arrival time. The Traveler acknowledges that failure to arrive by the designated arrival time may result in the tour leaving without the Traveler and the Company has no obligation to provide a refund, or make or pay for alternative arrangements for the Traveler.

ITINERARY CHANGES & FLEXIBILITY
The itinerary is subject to changes. Changes may include the reorganization of days due to closure and festivals, changes due to weather, or seasonal changes. Additionally, the itinerary is prepared well in advance, and at times there are unexpected closures for various reasons that require the Company to alter the plans including, but not limited to, substituting activities. 3
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the Traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport and to pay for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements and for any other documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of the countries they will visit. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.

NOTE: France and other EU countries require that your passport have an expiration date at least 3 months past your return date.
​
Failure to have a valid passport, or other required documents, will likely result in Your inability to leave a country or enter a destination. No refund will be available and the Company will accept no liability in such a case.

HEALTH
The Traveler certifies that they do not have any condition that will create a hazard for other travelers on the tour. The Company reserves the right to decline, accept or retain a traveler, whose health or actions impede the operation of the tour or the welfare and enjoyment of the other traveler in the tour.

DIETARY REQUESTS
All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking your tour. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such food allergies and dietary restrictions.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
The Traveler hereby permits the Company to create and utilize photographs, videos, images, text, and testimonials of the Traveler for its own commercial use without compensation to the Traveler.

FORCE MAJEURE AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, death, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property or financial costs, both direct and indirect, incurred, caused by or cancellation resulting, in whole or 4
in part caused by an act of God or any other force majeure condition, such as, and without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, extreme weather, contamination, earthquake, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, mechanical breakdowns, riots or civil commotion, political disturbance , sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, government restraints, government seizures, government health advisories, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, warnings or alerts of any kind, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by the Company or the third party suppliers that impacts negatively on its ability to fulfill any of its contractual agreement. If any conditions of force majeure apply, the Company shall be excused, discharged, and released from performance without liability of any kind including liability to make any refund.

The Company will not be liable for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, or for any additional expenses or damage due to any change in schedules or services, or any other cause beyond its control.

The Company will not be liable for any actions or inactions of the Traveler.
​
The Company reserves the right to cancel, change or reschedule tours for any reason.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIRD PARTIES
The Company acts only as an intermediary for the suppliers and services associated with the tour. The Company does not own any of the vehicles, suppliers, accommodations, and services connected to the tour. Therefore, the Traveler agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damage, accident, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services.

GOVERNING LAW AND ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without resort to any conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be filed only in the state and federal courts located in and for St. Johns County, Florida, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement.

Enforcement of the terms of this Agreement is solely at the Company’s discretion. Failure to enforce any part of these terms in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the same or other part of these terms in other instances. If any provision of these terms is or becomes unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions of these terms will continue in full force and effect.

AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to update or alter this Agreement at any time.

All changes to this Agreement shall become immediately effective upon being posted by the Company on the Terms & Conditions page of its website.

We recommend that You carefully review the posted Terms & Conditions prior to your tour for the most up-to-date version available.
